Arkki’s active team-building days, focused on building shelters or LEGO® construction, require interaction among colleagues. Success in these team challenges is guaranteed!
Hut Building Day
Spend an exciting day in a beautiful natural setting building huts and fostering team spirit. During the functional day, participants learn about different hut structures and build them in collaboration with others. Snacks include pancakes cooked on a griddle and coffee in the great outdoors, perhaps inside your own shelter! Hut building naturally encourages teamwork and communication.
Instructors are Arkki’s experienced architectural guides. Hut Building Days are held in a forested nature reserve in Espoo, near the Gallen-Kallela Museum.
LEGO® Tower
In this playful workshop, requiring communication and motor skills, participants are encouraged to collaborate and build the “Tallest LEGO Tower in Finland” as a team. The tower is always unique and aligned with the group’s goals. This experiential task promotes social interaction and enhances participants’ teamwork skills in a fun and inspiring way. Each participant’s contribution is individual but crucial to the overall structure.
LEGO® City
In this playful yet skill-demanding workshop, collaboration and teamwork are encouraged through a fun building challenge. The city is built across two sides of a river, with different groups designing and constructing neighborhoods that connect with bridges. The shared city is developed according to the goals and rules agreed upon by the groups. This enjoyable and engaging urban planning task fosters social interaction and develops teamwork skills in a creative and inspiring manner. Each participant’s contribution is individual but essential to the whole.
