Arkki’s summer camp program is updated annually! However, you can expect familiar camps such as hut building, model-making, and computer camps, albeit with new themes and tasks.
The selection for the summer camps will be updated on the website during the previous December.
Registration for summer camps begins in January. Current Arkki students can register for camps in advance in December.
At the Cable Factory summer camps, architecture is explored from different angles, by working with miniature models in a variety of ways, by experiment with architects’ digital and traditional tools, and by getting to know phenomena related to architecture in a cross-disciplinary way. The Hut Building Camps in Ruukinranta are perennial favorites where various types of huts and dwellings are built. At the Exhibition Center WeeGee’s summer camps, pupils will be immersed in dream living and everyday objects and spaces.
