Arkki is actively involved in numerous projects that promote and develop architecture education and the participation of children and youth. Alongside project activities, Arkki also publishes teaching materials for everyone to use. Architecture is inherently interdisciplinary and encourages participation, making it particularly well-suited for educational content in schools and kindergartens.
Participation projects offer children and youth opportunities to explore the interpretation, evaluation, and design of their environment through interactive methods. Teaching materials help teachers and other educators plan and implement architecture-related educational units, or provide anyone interested with professionally compiled resources to support their work.
